Krowd is both a marketplace and a community. We offer several features that allow members to connect and communicate in public or semi-public spaces, such as Forums. These features are not necessary or required for any reason, if you chose to use these features, use common sense and good judgment when posting or sharing your personal information with others through the Services. Any personal information that you choose to submit there can be read, collected, or used by others, or could be used to send unsolicited messages to you. If you close your Krowd account, your Community account, which allows you to post in Forums, will also be closed and related personal information will be deleted. However, your posts may remain public after your account is closed. You are responsible for the personal information that you choose to post in community spaces through the Services.
Use of Information Collected
Krowd, reserves the right to sell, rent or lease any of its customer lists and/or names to any third parties. Krowd may collect and may make use of personal information to assist in the operation of our website and to ensure delivery of the services you need and request. At times, we may find it necessary to use personally identifiable information as a means to keep you informed of other possible products and/or services that may be available to you from us or our partners.

Krowd may also be in contact with you with regards to completing surveys and/or research questionnaires related to your opinion of current or potential future services that may be offered.

Krowd uses various third-party social media features including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and other social media platforms. These may collect your IP address and other personal information and require cookies to work properly. Non-Marketing Purposes
Krowd respects your privacy. We maintain and reserve the right to contact you if needed for non-marketing purposes (such as bug alerts, security breaches, account issues, and/or changes in Krowd’s products and services). Children under the age of 13
Krowd's website is not directed to, and does not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from, children under the age of thirteen (13).
